2. Promotion, discount, scholarships (especially for Vietnamese students) 

Our fees for 2021/2022 academic year start from £32,000

Students can apply for scholarships from 10% to 50% of the tuition fees (£10,000 per term - there are 3 terms each year). 

Scholarships will cover their whole length of study - for example, if a student has a 50% scholarship, the scholarship will cover for their 2 years of study and will worth over £30,000.

All scholarship candidates are expected to have a high level of English, good academic performance, and perform well in our admissions tests as well as the interview.

Scholarships above 50% are possible but very limited (only a few for the whole of Vietnam market). Applicants are expected the same as the point above but also need to be clear and well research into their university choices and career's path

 50% scholarship will then reduce the fees payable to: 50% of £33,000 = £17,000 per annum

 25% scholarship will then reduce the fees payable to: 25% of £33,000 = £25,500 per annum

We are delighted to announce the phased reopening of our UK English Language schools starting with our London Greenwich school on Monday 8th March. Our London Greenwich school will be welcoming back students who remained in the UK and new students from next week.

All our students who remained in the UK during lockdown can now return to in-person teaching. With social distancing measures being removed in England from 21st June, we hope to be able to open our junior summer programmes this year. TRAVEL TO THE UK GUIDELINES

On Monday 12th April, the UK government will announce the new rules for international travel both to and from the UK. These new rules will come into effect from Monday, 17th May. Please note in order to enter the UK before 17th May everyone needs to:

NOT travel from or through a red list country (unless you have a British or Irish passport)

book and pay for two COVID tests in advance

complete a passenger locator form including the address where you will quarantine and reference numbers for the two tests you will take in the UK

bring proof of a negative test taken no more than 72 hours before arrival quarantine for 10 days on arrival

In order to leave quarantine on day 10, everyone needs to take the pre-booked tests on day 2 and day 8 and return negative results for both. If anyone tests positive on either test they must quarantine for a further 10 days from the date of that test.

Due to the unstable situation at the moment, students will have the right to defer or withdraw without any penalty. Hence, we will make full refund of their deposits if they inform their final decision before CAS issuance.

CAS Issuance – 50% Payment Required

When you fulfil all conditions and receive Unconditional Offer Letter. You are ready for CAS issuance. You are required to pay a total of 50% of your tuition fee (including the previous GBP1000 deposit) so that we can put this total amount of tuition fee paid on the CAS statement. 50% fee paid will lower the risk of visa refusal. University of Strathclyde International Study Centre's brand-new International Year Two Civil Engineering programme is available to apply for from today for the first intake.

Designed in collaboration with the Faculty of Engineering, this new programme will guide students through core modules from the second year Civil Engineering syllabus.

Highly ranked degrees

Civil Engineering at the University of Strathclyde is ranked 7th in the UK by The Times and The Sunday Times Good University Guide 2021.

If your students have already achieved a higher level of academic achievement in their home country, this programme allows them to accelerate their civil engineering career, with progression to the third year of one of the below four-year degrees: 

• Civil Engineering BEng (Hons)

• Civil & Environmental Engineering BEng (Hons)

Students will study nine compulsory core modules, and will also gain practical experience using industry-standard laboratories as part of the intensive module taught by university lecturers.

Available as a three-term option, this programme can be studied from September to June or January to August, with the first intake in September 2021.
